Description
We are a cranes company producing bridge crane, also known as overhead crane or suspended crane. This kind of crane has the ends of the supporting beam resting on wheels running on rails at high level, usually on the parallel side walls of a factory or similar large industrial building, so that the whole overhead crane can move the length of the building, while the hoist can be moved to the width of the building.

1. What should you do before moving a load?
1) Ensure all loose materials, parts, blockings and packing have been removed from the load before lifting.
2) Remove any slack from the sling and hoisting ropes before lifting the load.
3) Make sure that the lifting device seats are in the saddle of the hook.

2. How should you move loads safely?
1) Move overhead crane controls smoothly. Avoid abrupt and jerky movements of the load.
2) Follow signals only from one slinger in charge of the lift, except a stop signal.
3) Please make sure that everyone is away from the load before hoisting. When sounding a bell, siren or other warning device, you can start hoist of bridge crane slowly.
4) Ensure nothing links or catches on the load while raising or traveling.
5) Ensure that nothing obstructs the movement of a load.
6) Keep the load under control when lowering a load. If the braking system stops working, the load can usually be lowered by reversing the hoist controller to the first or second point.
7) Stay in a crane cab during power failure. Attract attention and wait for help.
