Description
Portal harbor crane is designed to lift and move heavy loads. The base of harbor portal crane may ride on wheels, caterpillar treads or rails. Its arm is equipped with a system of cables and hooks for cargo handling. The operator's cab can sit on the base or higher up on the crane. Among many different types, we can offer luffing jib type, mobile articulated mode, level luffing pattern and other cranes. Most of our portal harbor cranes are single boom types. We can design them with steel wire rope luffing or rack luffing, lifting hook or grab bucket. They have the function of horizontal displacement and rotate full 360 degrees. They can use on rails which are also used by trains, heavy goods vehicles and conveyor belts at narrow quays.
