Gantry Crane

Description
Gantry crane is one kind of equipment which seems like a huge doorframe. This goliath crane lifts objects by a hoist which is fitted in a trolley and can move horizontally on a rail or pair of rails fitted under a girder. Each ends of the girder is supported by an A-frame leg. The legs usually have wheels at the foot place which allow the whole handling crane to traverse.

Notice
1. If the hoist weight is less than 50 tons and the span less than 35 meters, you should choose a single girder gantry crane. But if you need longer span and high operation speed, double girder one is a suitable choice.
2. The span should be as shorter as possible under the premise that the goliath crane can satisfy the produce requirements.
3. There need some space between the handling crane and transport road for loading and unloading cargos.
